2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and hiring process. Any changes to the information should be promptly communicated to Hire Your Legal VA. 2.2. VA Engagement: Clients must treat VAs with respect and professionalism. Any disputes or issues with a VA should be communicated to Hire Your Legal VA for resolution. 2.3. Confidentiality: Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by VAs during the course of their engagement.

3. Payments

3.1. Service Fees: Clients are responsible for paying the fees associated with hiring a VA as outlined in the agreed-upon service plan. 3.2. Billing and Payment: Clients will be billed according to the chosen billing cycle and payment method. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the Hire Your Legal VA website and services, are owned by Hire Your Legal VA or its licensors. 4.2. Prohibited Use: Clients are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Hire Your Legal VA website without prior written consent.
